Booking terms
A non-refundable deposit ($25, $35, or $40 depending on the service) is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

Prepare beautifully · Heal gently
A refined result begins before your appointment and continues with thoughtful care at home. Please follow these guidelines for both brow and lip services, along with any personalized instructions Kate provides.
Avoid alcohol, aspirin, and ibuprofen for 24–48 hours before your appointment.
Avoid caffeine on the day of your appointment.
No Botox or fillers in the treatment area for at least 2 weeks prior.
Come with clean skin—no makeup on the treatment area.
Get a good night’s rest and stay hydrated.
Keep your brows dry for 7–10 days—avoid washing directly, swimming, saunas, and heavy sweating.
Gently blot the area if needed; do not rub.
Apply a thin layer of the provided aftercare ointment as directed.
Do not pick, peel, or scratch—let any flaking fall off naturally.
Avoid direct sun and tanning for 2 weeks; wear a hat outdoors.
Sleep on a clean pillowcase and try not to sleep face-down.
Avoid makeup on the brow area until fully healed.
Keep your lips moisturized with the provided ointment—do not let them dry out.
Do not pick peeling skin—let it flake off naturally.
Avoid spicy, salty, and acidic foods for the first few days.
Drink through a straw for the first 24–48 hours.
Avoid kissing and oral contact until healed.
Avoid sun exposure and tanning on the lips; use SPF lip balm once healed.
Expect the color to soften significantly as lips heal—this is normal.
Brows appear darker and more defined.
Light flaking and peeling may begin.
Color looks lighter and may appear uneven.
Color gradually settles into its healed result.
Touch-ups are not included in the initial service price. A touch-up is recommended 6–8 weeks after your first appointment.
